The place was quiet, we truly enjoyed it. Studio included a flat-screen television, a dining area and a personal computer. It was close enough to Lake Rotorua. For breakfast hotel charges 10 NZD per person. Service was great, we felt welcome.

Super base for 2 nights. Facilities and location are great, overall the hotel is well maintained. We only slept at the apartment, but we truly enjoyed it. The host is nice. Also, Central Mall was situated at walking distance from this property;))
